I am so happy and a bit proud that I finally managed to board with #Mermay this year – and twice! I found Sunday’s theme – #Sailor – so inspiring that I stole some more time to finish another drawing: Mermay on her way to new Adventures.

I drew and textured my little mermaid and her underwater world in Procreate, then edited them in Photoshop – primarily because Photoshop allows more layers, masking of entire folders as well as editing colors for several layers at once. I’m still experimenting with the workflow, but already quite happy with the results – and the work itself! :)
