PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS Presents a Big Problem If You Die in a Vehicle

Tags: vehicle kill pubg

PUBG has taken Steam by storm, and even though it is only in Early Access, it has already sold over 8 million copies to date. The team has been updating the game with frequent updates and has also been working on new maps and features. I am a huge fan of all of these developments, but there is one area that needs immediate attention : Vehicle deaths. I am not talking about killing people with vehicles, although I am left wondering why I am always a one shot kill when I am driving, but I don’t seem to be able to kill others in the same way.

What I am talking about here is the ridiculous notion that someone should be ejected from a vehicle when they are knocked out or killed. This makes it very difficult as a team to stay together, and even results in unintentional team kills sometimes.

It has been speculated that this mechanic exists so that people do not die in a car and make it unusable. That should be easily solved though the addition of a drag mechanic for bodies. This would also help in situations where I would need to drag teammates out of the line of fire before attempting to revive.

Has this happened to you? What else should be addressed before more fancy items on the PUBG wishlist? Let me know about it in the comments.
