Mario Kart 8 is the kart racing game which was developed and published by Nintendo. The game is available only for Nintendo’s Wii U platform. This game is the 8th installment of the Mario Kart game. Since it is only available for Wii platform the game is played using hand movements.

In Mario Kart 8 we cannot find a particular story line. The game is basically a kart racing one in which you can compete with other members. All the characters in the Mario series is available in the game. All you have to do is to pick among them and stat racing. During the game you will be able to find bonus boxes. By using them you can get a temporary boost or self-defense mechanism to your kart. Also this game includes some of the features from Mario Kart 7 such as customization feature, underwater racing feature, and hang gliders and many more. A new feature in Mario Kart 8 is the anti-gravity. In some phase of the game you can drive through the obstacles, walls, opponents which gives you an extra advantage.
In Mario kart 8, 3 game modes are available. The 1st one is the usual single player mode. Second is the 2 player split screen mode in which you can play with other member locally. And finally the online version in which you can compete with 12 person at a single time. Another feature that included is the voice chat facility in which you can chat with your opponent at the time you playing which makes the game more interactive.
