While the previous 2 games ( Orcs Must Die I & II ) were on the tower defense genre, the 3rd includes extra elements of defense and attack, allowing players to summon armies to attack AI characters or other human players. Orcs Must Die! Unchained is a F2P free to play online siege MOBA game offering both PVE & PVP, action tower defense titles, complete with traps, hordes of enemy waves, and bases to defend and with the humor of the originals. Gameforge is a German Online Game Developer specializing in free-to-play mmorpg and Robot Entertainment is an American video game development and publishing company based in Texas, California. It also add competitive online play where players can choose to play a particular character archetype, including the series’ War Mage and Sorceress, as well as multiple other heroes in an effort to compete as teams of 5v5 to gain access to the opposite team’s base and take it down. Fight the enemy types like kobolds, trolls, orcs and others, as well as new powers, traps, and even bosses to unleash, minion spawns, and other MOBA style elements with exciting progression system. This hybrid tower defense & action game offers a combination of direct attacks and various traps to prevent hordes of monsters from reaching a core and divided between its 2 competitive Siege mode & coop
Survival mode. Orcs Must Die! Unchained offers:- 1) Orcs, orcs and more orcs! 2) 7 language versions – Turkish, Spanish, Polish, English, French, German, Italian. 3) 12 playable heroes 4) 8 maps in PvE Survival mode and 2 maps in PvP Siege mode 5) Traps and items for crafting and upgrading. An exiting new one man wrecking crew character by the name of the Bloodspike who doesn’t always differentiate between friend and foe was introduced. His passive “Thirst for Blood” will cause damage to ally and foe alike. In the Survival mode, players work cooperatively to fend off several waves of orcs and other monsters by using a variety of traps and other objects to hinder them from reaching a magic core; those that do reach it reduce the core’s health which eventually be game over. Players have various fighting abilities that they can utilize – a basic attack and three special attacks or moves that consume Mana and require a cool-down period before they can be reused. Players will take damage from monsters attacks, and should they deplete their health, the player’s character will momentarily be taken out of combat and re-spawn near the core. Siege mode is based on conventional MOBA style of play. Played by 2 teams of up to 5 players each, with each player on a team required to have a unique hero. In addition to guardians, traps, and other cards that players select for their deck as in survival mode, players also can add up to 8 minion cards, representing 4different levels of hordes of creatures that are summoned over the course of the game. There is also a slot to add a boss creature and a magic field that can apply different attribute boosts to friendly minions that cross it. Orcs Must Die!
