Creators of Goat Simulator, Coffee Stain Studios, have announced a new funding initiative to Promote Gender Equality in the games industry.

Levelling the Playing Field will offer funding to smaller and start-up development teams which are made up of at least 50% women. The initiative was started due to the team at Coffee Stain noticing a distinct gender imbalance when it comes to employment in the games industry.
