Final Fantasy XIV gets Omega raid dungeons and more in Stormblood patch 4.01

Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood received its first patch since it was released a month ago. The main attraction to update 4.01 is the new Omega Raid which is part of the new endgame meta. In addition to the raid, there's new items, minions, mounts, and quests available.

After its rebirth, Final Fantasy XIV made our list of the best MMOs on PC.

The Omega raid introduces a new dungeon, Omega: Deltascape. You have to be level 70 with either a Disciple of War or Magic class and have a combined item level of at least 295 or above. You must also have completed "The Hunt for Omega" quest before you qualify for the new raid.

This raid has slots for eight players and a time limit of 90 minutes. The reward for successfully completing the Omega raid are tokens which you can use to unlock the new line of Deltascape gear also added with this update.
