This is the easiest Macaroni and Cheese to make ever. It isn’t the best mac and cheese you will ever have but if you are ever busy and don’t have time to cook or don’t feel like it this is the recipe you want. I will definitely be making this again on days where I have too much going on.

- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- Get out a large casserole dish and add 1 1/2 cups of warm water, butter, macaroni, salt, garlic and diced onions. Stir around so that everything is equally distributed around bottom.
- Add in 4 cups of milk and just two cups of the cheese.
- Throw it into the oven for 60 minutes. When those 60 minutes are up pull it out and add the last cup of cheese for on top and put it back into the oven for 5 minutes (or until golden brown) with the oven set to Broil.5. Scoop it up into a bowl and add whatever toppings you enjoy. I added jalapeños and green onions to mine. Yummy!
