Ingredients

1 tablespoon of Curcuma powder

one teaspoon of grated ginger

a lemon

1 teaspoon of maple syrup (if you want can be without)

Pinch of cayenne pepper

3 cups of filtered water

Preparation:

  •  Place in the small bowl turmeric, ginger, lemon juice, the crust of that same squeezed lemon,
    maple syrup, cayenne pepper, and water.
  •  Put on fire and when it starts to heat up, reduce the fire and allow it to heat for 2-3 minutes,
    never to boil.
  • Take the filter and pour the drink into two cups and drink.

If you have residues, you can keep them in the fridge for 2-3 days. Also reheat slightly before re-consuming.
