There’s huge benefits of Seasonal eating which is why every month we share all the foods that are currently in season. September signifies another change in season as we officially see out summer in the U.K and welcome in Autumn. But that’s no bad thing as Autumn is a beautiful season – a riot of warm colours and crisp air. There’s lots to be grateful for and lots to look forward to.

Marking the end of summer means we also mark the end of our favourite summer berries. But there’s lots of other fruits like apples, plums, figs and pears to see in.
