There was more crying and other drama in Big Brother 18 Episode 23, which again led to nothing, as Michelle and Zakiyah are still on the block.
It won’t end with that eviction, however, as this is the double eviction night everybody has been expecting.
For all his talk in opposition to the idea, Paul has finally bent to Paulie’s will and decided he is fine with getting rid of Michelle this week.
James is going to make sure he has the votes lined up before using his power. He can either go with the girls and get rid of Zakiyah or work with Paulie and get rid of Michelle.
The more Paul talks about it, the more he realizes that his relationship with Paulie is more one-sided than he perhaps wants it to be.
James has decided to block the votes of Paul (per his request) and Corey. This is more of a pointless exercise because they have the votes regardless. At most, it protects Paul from having to reveal his vote.
By a vote of 3-2, Zakiyah has been evicted from the Big Brother house. Paulie is a lot more alone than he was just a couple days ago.
The HOH competition requires them to answer more or less questions about this season’s statistics. Paulie and Bridgette are eliminated on the first question as the girls start jumping up and down. Corey is the only person to get the next question correct, and he is the HOH. The earlier celebration ends quickly because that’s Paulie’s BFF.
Corey only talks to the guys after winning, but he seems to be struggling to get much feedback.
As the only two not females not in showmances, that was pretty predictable.
James, Paul, and Nicole join the HOH and the nominees in the veto competition, which has them digging through ball pits. Corey wins the power of veto. There is no reason for anybody to use the veto here.
Veto is not used.
In what she assumes is her goodbye speech, Michelle again talks about blowing up Paulie’s game and calls Nicole a snake.
By a vote of 5-1, Bridgette has been evicted from the Big Brother house. And Michelle starts crying.
Michelle’s massive mouth is not enough to sink her. The plan was already set in motion to keep her again. If they had more time to plan this, I don’t think she would have been so lucky because she seems to be deliberately trying to ruin her own game. Then again, Bridgette was a key force in exposing Paulie and keeping Michelle in the previous vote. If she hadn’t done that, she might have had a better chance of staying against Zakiyah.
