Pooja Bose is a known name in small screen and silver screen in the south and other regional films. Pooja was born 6th February 1987 in Calcutta. She was brought up in this city doing her schooling from St. Paul’s Mission School and did her graduation in arts from Scottish Church College in Kolkata. Before entering the stardom, she got married to a non-industry guy to whom she divorced once she got recognition in the media for her regional media and small screen serials. She then move ahead to fell in love with Kunal Verma, and later claimed that her surname – Bose is only a screen name and has nothing to his personal life though it was speculated that her ex-husband was Bose.
As far her career is concerned, Pooja Bose got the chance to act in the TV serial in 2008 called Kahaani Hamaaray Mahaabhaarat Ki wherein she was seen in a romantic show known as Tujh Sang Preet Lagai Sajna wherein she played the character of Punjabi Girl called Vrinda. She then did a Telugu movie known as Veedu Theda followed by Hiran Chatterjee in Macho Mustana and then got the chance to act in the film called Challenge 2 along with Dev Adhikari and Sujit Mondal followed by another called Rocky starring Mahaakshay Chakraborty and then the movie called Diwana Holo Mon in Hiran Chatterjee.
As far as her B Town career is concerned, she started her career with the film Rajdhaani in 2013. Some of her recent movies include Deewana Holo Mon, a Nepali movie called Ye Maya Hanaima and Bhalobasa Bhalobasa 2. Some of her recent one TV series include Darr Sabko LagtaHai and Josh Aur Shakti. She also participated in the reality show called Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. She lives in Mumbai but more known for doing South Indian films rather the B Town films.
