“Happy Mother’s Day!!” Teigen’s husband, Grammy Award-winning singer John Legend, captioned the image of the pretty pair via Instagram.
The new dad, 37, went on to share a closeup of his baby girl wearing a “Happy 1st Mother’s Day” onesie. He captioned the image with a heartfelt message to his lovely wife.
“To my wonderful wife, @chrissyteigen. Luna and I are so lucky to have you in our lives. If our daughter can be even half as awesome as you, I will be so happy and proud. Happy 1st Mother’s Day!” he wrote.
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model, 30, and the soulful singer welcomed their firstborn on Thursday, April 14, Teigen announced via social media.
“She’s here! Luna Simone Stephens, we are so in love with you! And sleepy. Very sleepy,” the new mom captioned an image of the baby’s weight (6 lb. 11 oz.).
Legend also shared the happy news.
“Our new love is here! Luna Simone Stephens, born on Thursday, the 14th. We couldn’t be happier!” he tweeted.
