Academy Award-winning actress Reese Witherspoon stepped out with Husband Jim Toth and their 3-year-old son Tennessee on Saturday (February 27).
The trio were all smiles leaving Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck‘s Pacific Palisades home after celebrating their son Samuel‘s 4th birthday party.
“It was a morning party,” an insider tells PEOPLE of the superhero-themed birthday bash. “The kids had fun in the yard. Jen and Ben were both at the party. There was pizza and lots of snacks.”
The party comes after Garner’s candid Vanity Fair interview, in which she called Affleck “the love of my life.
“It was a real marriage. It wasn’t for the cameras,” she said. “And it was a huge priority for me to stay in it. And that did not work.”
The Miracles From Heaven star, 43, went on talk about co-parenting in peace.
“It’s not Ben’s job to make me happy,” she shared. “The main thing is these kids—and we’re completely in line with what we hope for them. Sure, I lost the dream of dancing with my husband at my daughter’s wedding. But you should see their faces when he walks through the door. And if you see your kids love someone so purely and wholly, then you’re going to be friends with that person.”
