Offset may not have gone home with a trophy like his wife Cardi B on Sunday night at the Grammys, but he didn't go home empty-handed.
Nope, he's got a shiny new feud to add to his pedestal.
And Drake's name is written all over it.
While Offset and Drake both attended the Grammys, "their crews butted heads" throughout the night, according to OK!.
And a source from AMI reveals that the two rappers were not directly involved, but a brawl between their posses broke out off camera.
The men were separated immediately and while the winner wasn't clear, I think Drake winning Best Rap Song during the show served as the real triumph.
OK! shares that it didn't come as a total surprise to everyone and the insider explained that "the crews were already embroiled in a beef before the awards show."
The two spent some time together recently while finishing up their 3-month-long joint tour back in November 2018.
Something definitely could've stemmed from that exhaustive time together, or maybe Drake didn't approve of Offset's thirsty attitude towards fellow-winner, Cardi B, throughout the night?
Either way, the speculated new feud between Offset and his former Gods Plan tourmate comes rapidly after his hysterical social media "fight" with Chris Brown.
It all started when Offset stuck up for 21 Savage's detainment after Chris Brown shared a meme of him rapping with a British accent.
Offset commented on the photo saying "memes aren't funny lame."
Chris, who takes the cake when it comes to social media fights, quickly clapped back with a lengthy response basically telling Offset to "pull up."
"If you're a real mean, fight me, The Loyal singer said according to OK!
What is happening?!
Chris has got some anger built up, and that's no secret, as he continued making shots and firing back at Offset. He even dragged Cardi B into the nonsense saying "I'm going to send ya girl flowers so she know I respect her."
He also feels the need to use ALL CAPS! because that's just HOW! HE! ROLLS!
Offset responded to the drama in his stories, writing "I aint really have too much rap for you on this social media sh-t but since that's where you wanna take it...Check my record and check yours only people you go to toe to toe with is women that's for lame n*****s. Oh and btw Ima smack the sh-t outta you when I see you."
That's a lot of heat over a silly meme. How old are these
