Mommy Blogger Issues "White Baby Challenge," Rails Against "Black Ghetto Culture"

A Mormon mommy blogger named Ayla has sadly gone viral over the past several days for issuing a "White Baby Challenge" to the rest of the world.

What is a White Baby Challenge, you are likely wondering?

Disturbingly, it is exactly what it sounds like...

A mother of six, Ayla wrote in detail on her blog (Nordic Sunrise) that Mormonism is doomed unless white people rise up and procreate on a more frequent basis.

And while it would be easy for us to make a joke here about how Tori Spelling is doing her part, this really is not a joking matter.

Not at all.

The Donald Trump supporter - who regularly retweets former Ku Klux Klan leader David Duke and uses the #whiteculture hashtag - has become well-known voice within the Alt-Right movement.

Wrote Ayla in a recent entry:

"Just as inner-city Chicago used to be full of hardworking Christian[s], Poles, Germans and Irish but is now overrun with black, ghetto culture, it seems Mormonism and Utah are the next target for cultural destruction, and what's worse, the Mormons themselves are welcoming it."

She goes on to slam Beyonce ("Who wants their child, or even adult for that matter, to idolize... this woman?") for her dirty lyrics and then gets down to the racist nuts and bolts of her argument.

"Equality of cultures is a false God," wrote the self-described "radical traditionalist,” who then referred to the statement from Iowa Congressman Steve King that Americans "can't restore our civilization with somebody else's babies."

This is when Ayla issued her own "white baby challenge," saying:

"I've made six. Match or beat me!"

At various points, Ayla has attacked James the Mormon, a rapper who she thinks promotes “violent, inner-city thug culture and its lack of traditional values.”

Adds Ayla of her fellow Mormon:

"He is pro refugee (actually, economic migrants) and regularly tweets in support of bringing more refugees into our country despite the increase in terrorism, crime, rape, murder and disease."

Ayla has over 22,000 Twitter followers.

But the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has 15.6 million members and has already spoken out publicly in defense of refugees, even launching an initiative known as "I Was a Stranger."

The Utah-based faith favors immigration reform, urging lawmakers to strive to keep families together.

And its message is all about diversity.

"We believe all people are God's children and are equal in his eyes and in the church," reads the official statement posted on the faith's website.

"We do not tolerate racism in any form. ... We condemn racism, including any and all past racism by individuals both inside and outside the church."

The Mormon church declines to comment on the behavior of its individual members.

Which is typically a good policy.

But Ayla has posted this kind of thing on social media:

And also this sort of thing:

It may be time for the Church to officially disavow itself of this awful woman.

We'd also suggest that Trump issue a statement condemning the Alt-Right movement and anyone who makes a statement of this nature.

But we know better than to expect that might happen.
