Excluded As Buyers:  Comcast/Universal, Viacom/Paramount, Time Warner/Warner Bros, and Maverick /Madonna’s Company. Oprah Winfrey/OWN Network. 

( Dreamworks SKG is also excluded but that is because it is now owned by India.  Which, IS GREAT !!!)

**STIPULATION 2: The Renee Ashley Baker Song Catalog is to be Distributed (exclusively)  by Sony Columbia (and by CP Music Publishing which is not being sold as part of this “Entertainment Company” sale).

  ***STIPULATION 3:  The $250 Million Dollars is to be “paid to” CP Irrevocable Trust as follows:  $50 Million Dollars a year for a period of  5 Years.  “Thereafter” CP Irrevocable Trust is to be paid  “Rolling Points” (percentage points) of ___% a year for a Period of 13 Years.  The first $50 Million Dollars is to be paid to CP Irrevocable Trust upon signing (at Deal Closing !!!).

NOTE 1:  Because I, Renee Ashley Baker, am NOT getting any younger.  I am deciding to “cash out” and do a “Quick Sale”.  The changed “economy” has also influenced my “decision” to “Sell”.  (This “new” Middle Management “thing” going on has also influenced my “decision” to “Sell”….)
