It’s been a while since we’ve had any news on ‘Vikings’ season 5. However, that could be changing soon with Katheryn Winnick teasing that there will be some ‘Big news’ on its way from the History channel. What should we expect?
The most obvious thing we should Expect regarding big ‘Vikings’ news from the History channel is a release date. Unfortunately, we don’t think it’ll be a trailer yet. We have already had one, but we will definitely get a new and longer one. We can expect a new trailer around the time of SDCC (20 Jul 2017 – 23 Jul 2017), that is the time of year we get the majority of trailers, we”ll certainly get a ‘The Walking Dead’ season 8 one, among A LOT of others.
So what did she say? In a recent Instagram post she said season 5 has almost been completed, and that big news will be arriving soon.
Season 5 will be spit in to two parts like season 4. These two parts will both have 10 episodes creating the huge 20-episode season. If Winnick is saying we will be receiving a release date soon, you should expect the new season to air in mid to late November.
Earlier this year Winnick also teased that she would have a scene with her two brothers in ‘Vikings’. How cool would that be! Read the full article below:
