Big Brother 19: Week 5 Recap (Thursday)

Disclaimer: This post contains spoilers for episode fifteen of Big Brother 19 after the jump! Everything down below are my personal opinions. I am in no way affiliated with any corporation, especially CBS and Big Brother. Thank you to CBS for the images.

Big Brother's producers want Jessica and Cody to stay really bad. They have provided them with twist after twist to help their game out. It's like Jessica goes out of her way to dig around in her extensions to find a middle finger for them, ugh! We're not there yet but we'll get there. Paul is nervous about trust Mark because he and Elena have been bobbing for dear life on Jody's dick as soon as Cody got back into the house. Mark doesn't even try and hide how far up he is up Cody's ass crack. This simple fact is the reason why Mark and Elena, in addition to obviously Jessica and Cody, have not been informed about the plan to flip the vote and send Ramses home instead. Mark is out here fucking up his game left, right, sideways and in the fetal position. Cody doesn't trust Mark. Paul doesn't trust Mark. Either way, Mark is fucked. He and Paul begin a game of pool, where Mark tries to convince Paul to work on his and Cody's "team". Paul tells him that it's going to take more than one week of good behavior for him to even consider that. Then, fresh the hell out of nowhere, Mark begins a rant about how he only loves to hang around people who stir the pot. He says that a certain "pair" in the house has been laying back, doing absolutely nothing (which, I mean, can you spot a lie? I can't) and how much it's starting to piss him off. Paul gathers up all of this information, milly rock's on over to Raven and Matt to tell them the news. First, and foremost, Paul orders them to lay in bed to listen to him and they obey like puppies. It's like they accidentally proved Mark's point by shutting up, only barking when they're spoke to, and laying down in bed doing nothing while Paul talk's to them. Raven gets mad in her confessional but Raven is about as intimidating as a rice cake.

Ramses and Cody are hanging out when Cody tells him that he should be fine come eviction night. Ramses is skeptical, however, because he points out that people could evict him just to mess up his and Jessica's game. Cody all but says he will make the House Rain Blood if, not only Josh stays but, the house isn't absolute unanimous on voting him out. I came into the hour wanted Ramses to stay but I really, really want to see the house rain blood. Trust me, though, this is encounter is just the match for the episode because nothing has been ignited yet. Jessica and Kevin get to talking and ends up revealing to him that she won the temptation and spills the beans on what the temptation is (kind of). I'm rocking in the corner, thinking Kevin is going to use this information to report back to master, but Jessica was actually right to trust her Boston dad with this secret. Since she told him that, he feels it's only right to tell her what is going to go down on eviction night. Kevin tells Jessica to "go to the toilet" (he really could have just said "meet me in the bathroom") and told her the plan for the week to flip the script on her and Cody. She and Cody are in the HoH room, trying to run damage control. Jessica is so much smarter than Cody. He may be good at most competitions but he's dragging her down with all of his horrible decisions. She once again outsmarted him, telling him that they didn't know for sure Kevin was going to vote with them and that she didn't trust Mark. Jessica begs Christmas and Elena to keep Ramses, Christmas is keeping her mouth shut but Elena's clueless ass give her her word. Cody begs Alex, who isn't promising everything. Jessica and Cody grill Kevin. Jason is just trying to put a shirt on when Cody storms up to him on 1000%. He asks him if he's going to get fucked, he says that if Josh doesn't go home that he's going to rip the house apart like a tornado. It's insane. Cody looks like he's going to pop no less than twelve blood vessels and I cannot wait.

EVICTION CEREMONY
The vote goes exactly how you expect it to go. Cody, Mark and Elena vote to evict Josh while everyone else votes for Ramses. Well, Raven voted for someone named "Ramsie". I'm not sure who that is, exactly. Ramses doesn't look surprised, Josh is out here doing his absolute best to earn this Emmy award for "Outstanding Performance in a Television Reality Competition" but he ends up doing the most looking like an idiot (shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone). It was a pretty smart game move on everyone's part to evict Ramses. It's not like he ever won a competition but he was a better player than Josh is. Josh has a big mouth, always has attention on him and is vocal about his hatred for Mr and Mrs Meatball.

HoH COMPETITION
The HoH competition gets an early start this week! A few nights ago they looked at a bunch of fake tattoo pictures of evicted and past contestants on the show. They have to remember it for a series of true or false questions presents at this week's competition. Elena clocks out the first round, round two is a blood bath with Mark, Alex, Cody, Kevin and Josh exited. Christmas and Jason head out in round five. At this point it's just Raven, Paul and Matt left. As much as I don't like Paul, I was secretly hoping the whole time for Raven and Matt to fuck up just to prove how irrelevant they are. And shocker, Paul wins! Also, Julie tells us about the consequence to Jessica accepted her temptation. The guests will be tempted to play the "Temptation Games" for the next few weeks. If they play, the winner gets immunity for the week while the person who comes in last has to be a special third member of the block.

EPISODE GRADE: A-
Stray notes:
-"See ya at thanksgiving."

-"I want to grab Paul by his fucking beard and drag him in here and kick him in the face." Me too, girl.

-When Ramses started crying during his exit interview, they started blasting the theme music and Julie just started talking over him.

-Jessica revealed she had the temptation. You're dumb. Goodnight.
