Now, Sanjay Dutt revealed that he once got his kids Shahraan and Iqra to meet Madhuri Dixit on the sets of 'Kalank'. Yes, it did happen!
In a recent interaction with Mid-Day, Sanjay was asked about his on-screen reunion with Madhuri Dixit after their last outing together in the 1997 movie 'Mahaanta'. The 'Munna Bhai MBBS' actor was quoted as saying, "It was great to work with her again. I was a little nervous, but she made things easy. She's got terrific command as an actor. We spoke about our kids. In fact, I made my children [Shahraan and Iqra] meet her when they dropped by on the sets."
My world revolves around them! ♥️
Sanjay Dutt further added, "Working with her (Madhuri) is a pleasure. Madhuri is such a great actor. I’ve done many films with her, I can’t even recall in one go. So, to work with her again in that one scene that we did together in 'Kalank' was amazing. She’s got that command as an actor. It’s a pleasure to share screen space with her after so many years. So much has gone past, people have matured. She herself comes across as such a matured actor."
Coming back to 'Kalank', it also features Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditya Roy Kapur in lead roles. 'Kalank' is being directed by Abhishek Varman and will be releasing on April 17.
