Just a small recap of the happenings – The Shri Rajput Karni Sena members have been indulging in vandalism since the start of the year and have even assaulted Bhansali and destroyed equipment on the sets of the film in Jaipur. Next, the movie’s set in Kolhapur was set ablaze in March. Now yesterday, the Sena members demanded that the movie should not be released. Let’s hope that Uma Bharti’s letter helps ease out the situation.
Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, ‘Padmavati’ stars Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor in main roles and will be releasing on December 1, 2017. (Also Read: Ranveer Singh: I have no scenes with Deepika in ‘Padmavati’ at all)
