By now, we all know that a biopic on the life of Sanjay Dutt is in the making. Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, this biopic has Ranbir Kapoor essaying the titular role of Sanjay Dutt and just a few days back, a few pictures of RK dressed as Sanjay Dutt had made it to internet. Post the pictures, everyone was stumped on seeing Ranbir’s transition into Sanjay Dutt. The resemblance between the two was flawless and with this, we surely know that it is one film to look forward too. But looks like director Rajkumar Hirani is not quite happy with these leaked photos.

In his recent interview, he has stated that it’s quite unfortunate and that the pictures of Ranbir as Sanjay Dutt shouldn’t have made it to the internet. He was quoted saying, “The pictures shouldn’t have come out. We were shooting in Carter road (in Bandra, a suburb in Mumbai) so it came out. But I am very happy. The film is being made with a lot of happiness and when a film is made with happiness, it turns out good. It’s a great story.”

Indeed, it’s a great story keeping in mind the events that occurred in Sanjay Dutt’s life.
