All set to rock the audiences, the Trailer of Ayushmann Khurrana’s upcoming film titled, Dream Girl is released. Apart from Ayushmann in the lead role, the film also stars Annu Kapoor and Nushrat Bharucha in other significant positions.

Once again, Ayushmann is back with his another wholesome entertainer film. The trailer of the National Award winning actor’s from his upcoming comedy film Dream Girl has been launched. Following the trailer, Ayushmann appears to be in the role of a small-town guy, who has the ability to pronounce vocals of different women.

The trailer begins with a Ramlila scene, where Ayushmann wearing a saree is playing the role of Sita. Once again, Ayushmann will be seen reuniting with his Vicky Donor co-star Annu Kapoor in Dream Girl. The next scene from the trailer follows Annu Kapoor telling Ayushmann, “Tumhare Amma ne kitne vrat-upvaas karke ek beta paida kara, aur tum kabhi Sita ban jate ho, kabhi Radha.”

Few catchy glimpses of Ayushmann’s romantic relationship with Nushrat Bharucha have also been flared in the trailer. Next, the actor is seen taking up a job as a call girl calling him Pooja. Many people fall in love with Pooja while talking to Ayushmann playing as Pooja. In fact, they start searching for her which follows a lot of confusion, thereby.

Talking to an interview with a media platform, Ayushmann had earlier spilled the beans on his voice modulation efficacy and his preparation regime for this character in the film.

He said, “I had to deliver 25 per cent of my dialogues in a woman’s voice. Since I come from a radio background, it’s easier for me to modulate my voice. I have spent years behind the mic, mimicking different people. Raaj had given me the references of a few men, who prank people by talking like a woman. I studied those videos extensively.”

The film Dream Girl is helmed by Raaj Shaandilyaa and co-produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor under their home banner Balaji Motion Pictures.

Prior to the trailer launch, Ekta Kapoor had also shared a video with Ayushmann and Nushrat saying, “Pooojaaaa calling ! Tera Ko mein Teri …. sachhiiiii ???? Smoooocheeeeee.”

Dream Girl is set to release on September 13.
