The popular digital media -Amazon Prime Video is back with its second season of Comicstaan. The show has Biswa Kaylan Rath, Kenny Sebastian, Kaneez Surka and Kanan Gill in the judges role and was there in the first season as well. They are also joined by others including Neeti Palta, Zakir Khan and Sumukhi Suresh. The streaming platform has shared some interesting facts about the judges by the X-Ray service.
The show has an interesting plot along with quirky stuff as the part and parcel of every episode. With these quick and smart answers given by the ten contestants would be the key highlight of the show. Every genre in the show has a similar story to tell that makes the second season interesting and intriguing. Now Talking about Kanan, he started his career with Comedy shows in 2012 and soon landed up in YouTube featuring a wide range of sketches along with videos that toured many live shows. He embarked with his own stand up special show called Keep It Real. He makes things real by Improvisers the plots and storyline that comes in his way.
Talking about Zakir, he has also established on anecdotal comedy with the venture called”When I Meet a Delhi girl”. While talking about Kaneez Surka, she started her journey in comedy since 2006 with ‘The Week That Wasn’t’, which happened to be a news satire aired in a leading TV channel. Ther she got the chance to network with comedians and soon embarked with her own YouTube game show known as ‘The General Fun Game Show’.
Talking about Neeti, she bagged the RAW contest in the Melbourne Comedy Festival and performed there apart from being an honorary guest. Two years later, she was back in Melbourne performing for one month for a show that came in the comedy festival. Talking about Sumukhi, she has been performing over the live sketches for over five years. Her debut sketch show was “Sketch in the City” which she did with Richa Kapoor.
