Gareth Bourn left Hello Games to join the Star Citizen team according to his LinkedIn page.

As reported by iDigitalTimes, Gareth Bourn is now signed on to Squadron 42 campaign campaign developer Foundry42 as of last month. We haven’t had a proper statement from Hello Games barring the “hack” that took place since the launch of No Man’s Sky.

No Man’s Sky is available on PlayStation 4 and PC.
