It looks like Million Dollar Listing Josh Altman might be on the market for a bigger house. He and his wife Heather are expecting baby no. 2.
The couple revealed the news to Extra on Wednesday, January 9. Heather explained that this time around when she found out she was pregnant was a little different than the first. “We were actually together when I took the pregnancy test so we found out together, which was nice because last time, he was in Miami,” Heather, 33, told Extra. Josh, 39, chimed in, I had to get on the first flight home!’

The couple shares their 21-month-old daughter Alexis. The pair is already accustomed to a high pressured chaotic environment due to their line of work so they are ready and excited to bring another little one into the mix.
“It’s totally going to get easier. Just kidding,” Josh joked to Extra. Heather added, “Happy chaos.”
Josh and Heather now have the parenting thing down and know what to expect. They look forward to going into baby no.2 with a more relaxed attitude. “Not to be so crazy about everything. I’m not going to have you take off your shoes every time. You know, the rules will be a little more flexible this time,” Heather explained. Josh also made sure to point out that the real estate agents’ world “revolves around” their daughter “and it’s going to revolve around [their second child too].”
And the biggest learning lesson they have learned from their daughter Alexis just goes with the flow, it’s the couple’s new mantra. “We kind of go with it. Our house is a mess. We are used to that,” he said. “We aren’t even going to try to clean it up anymore. Movie theaters gone, it is now a playroom.”
