Kim did not have easy pregnancies in the past. She had her last daughter Chicago via surrogate. They decided to do it that way again and are having this baby via surrogate. Their rep isn’t answering anything, but a source says that the surrogate is already pretty far into the pregnancy. They are keeping who the surrogate is quiet again. This is the best way to keep this person safe. None of Kim’s sisters seem to be pregnant right now, so you can assume it isn’t one of them. They might have used the same person they did for Chicago.
The source even went as far as to say that it is a boy this time around. This source shared saying, “She is due in May and everything looks good. Kim and Kanye have known for awhile and are very excited. They had one male embryo left and are thrilled it has worked out.” This couple will end up having only four children unless they decide they want to adopt later on.
