Academy Award-winning actress Angelina Jolie struck a pose with her six children — Maddox, 16, Pax, 13, Zahara, 12, Shiloh, 11, and 9-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne — at the premiere of First They Killed My Father held during the 2017 Telluride Film Festival on Saturday (September 2) in Telluride, Col.
The mom-of-six, 42, directed the movie, while Maddox is credited as an executive producer and Pax was the film’s still photographer.
The movie is an adaptation of the Khmer Rouge memoir written by survivor Loung Ung that recounts the 1970s Cambodian genocide from a child’s perspective. The regime killed up to two million Cambodians between 1975-79 through execution, starvation and overwork.
The actress-director recently dished on her split from estranged husband, Allied actor Brad Pitt.
“It’s just been the hardest time, and we’re just kind of coming up for air,” she admitted. “We’re all trying to do our best to heal as our family….things got bad…I don’t want to use that word…Things became ‘difficult.’”View Slideshow »»
