New Delhi, Aug 26: Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor have kept the rumour mill abuzz with constant rumours of their being in a relationship. Alia frequently shares her pictures clicked by Ranbir on her social media account and does not miss giving credit to him. Now the interesting question is whether it is a publicity stunt or they are actually in a relationship.
Recently, in an interview to GQ in May, Ranbir opened up for the very first time whether he is indeed dating her or not. “It’s really new right now, and I don’t want to over speak. It needs time to breathe and it needs space. As an actor, as a person, Alia is – what’s the right word? – flowing right now. When I see her work, when I see her act, even in life, what she gives is something that I’m aspiring to for myself. It’s new for us, so let it cook a bit,” said Ranbir.
Now Alia Bhatt's father Mahes Bhatt has also broken his silence on their rumured relationship amid speculation that the couple will tie the knot next year. While interacting with IANS, Mahesh Bhatt said, "I have never spoken about my children's private lives. They are adults and it is their prerogative. I would never demean and belittle them by talking about it in public. It's their right and if they want to talk about it or to remain silent about it; it's their choice. I respect what they do with their life."
Alia will be next seen in Zoya Akthar's "Gully Boy", Abhishek Varman's "Kalank", Ayan Mukerji's "Brahmasta" and Karan Johar's "Takht".
