According to science, Women who love eating desserts all day are more understanding, happy and positive about life.

Specialists say that women that prefer eating desserts such as sweet bread, cakes, pies or crepes are more friendly and positive than other women.


Research by North Dakota State University, Fargo, Gettysburg College, and Saint Xavier University concluded that women who eat sweet foods are more willing to help others than women who prefer other foods.

Taste is everything …

The study included 55 women, who tasted sweet, sour, bitter, salty and spicy foods. Also, they answered a series of questionnaires related to taste and personal life.

The second test was given them a sweet and a salty food, and then they were asked to help a teacher on a voluntary basis. The results were overwhelming: the women who chose the salty food ignored the struggling professor, while the women who consumed sugar helped immediately.

The specialists also found that women who consume chocolate more often sign up as volunteers and prefer sweet bread are more optimistic.


However, that is not all, eating desserts gives you the perfect excuse to share a pleasant moment with your loved ones, releasing large amounts of endorphins (happiness hormone) into your body.
