Meher Vij is an Indian film actress, who has mainly played supporting and cameos roles. Recently she played a mother role in Secret Superstar. She has worked in popular movies such as Lucky: No Time for Love (2005), Dil Vil Pyaar Vyaar (2014), Bajrangi Bhaijaan (2015) and Secret Superstar (2017). She also worked on the small screen like Kis Desh Mein Hai Mera Dil and Ram Milaayi Jodi.

Not many people know that Meher Vij’s birth name is Vaishali Sahdev. She got the fame from a character ‘Meher Juneja’ from the TV show Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil. Later she changed her name Vaishali to Meher.

Meher was born on 22 September 1986 in Delhi, India. She has an elder brother Piyush Sahdev (Samay from Bethad). She was debut in Bollywood from Lucky: No Time for Love (2005) and on the small screen (Television) Kis Desh Mein Hai Mera Dil (2009). She got married to Manav Vij (actor) on 5 July 2009 in Mumbai.
