Blind Item(Mumbai Mirror) – Sexual Misconduct – 7th March

Mumbai Mirror has published a blind item about a digital major, which signed the rights of a book of a man accused of Sexual misconduct!

He is a best selling author. His romance, slice of life novels have sold millions of copies. Many of his books have been adapted to movies & made millions at the box office. He is a columnist for leading newspaper publications. But just when one would think that his life was perfect, came allegations of his sexual misconduct(click here to read more). One woman who accused him of sexual misconduct, turned out to be fake. Sadly, many women were using the MeToo movement to get noticed. The author produced private messages of his alleged victim, reciprocating his advances. Unluckily for him, several women outed him. He is currently facing trial.

But we think, most of the biggies will be back in the thick of things in no time. After all the country’s biggest director was outed in the movement!

But we wonder who is the actor-producer mentioned in the blind item? We guess we will have to wait to find out.

Blind Item

WILL wonders ever cease? Despite stating they have zero tolerance for any sexual misconduct, several companies are happy to renege on their words when no one is looking. A digital major has just signed the rights of the book of a man accused of sexual misconduct who is under trial. What’s more is that the web series is being produced by a leading actor and producer, also a trailblazer of women’s rights. Looks like someone forgot to send them a boycott memo, as the shooting is on in full swing in New Delhi currently.
