Eliza Patricia Dushku, the American actress, model and producer, was born on 30th December 1980, at Massachusetts, U.S. She is the daughter of Philip Richard George Dushku and Judy Dushku, a political science professor. She started acting at a very young age.
Her debut Film was the 1992 romantic drama film That Night, in which she played the lead role of Alice. Later in 1993, she appeared alongside Robert De Niro and Leonardo DiCaprio in the drama film This Boy’s Life. She also played the role of daughter of Arnold Schwarzenegger in the action spy film True Lies.
The role that made Dushku popular is that of Faith in the super natural drama series Buffy the Vampire Slayer, which premiered from 1998 to 2003, and its spin-off series Angel, broadcasted for a period of 2000 to 2003. Her other films include Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back (2001), The New Guy (2002), Wrong Turn (2003), The Scribbler (2014), and Elise (2016).

Dushku has Danish, English, Irish, and German ancestry. Dushku and her three brothers were raised as Mormons, since their mother was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Later in June 2017, Dushku got engaged to businessman Peter Palandjian, and got married in August 2018 at a private ceremony. She gave birth to their child in 2019. She was rumoured to be in a relationship with Brad Penny, Seth MacFarlane, and Brent Bolthouse.

Dushku considers acting as her primary hobby. Along with that, she finds time to complete her college, which was missed due to her acting career. She was a student of Suffolk University, studying sociology, and currently is studying holistic psychology at Lesley University.

• Dushku has an Albanian eagle tattoo on the back of her neck, which was done as a memoir of her father, who is from Albania.
• She stated in an interview that she has attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
