Amsterdam is a well-developed ultimate travel city that is vivid in culture, history, city attractions and relaxed lifestyles and one of my favorite in the World. It is an incredibly friendly city with a fairly low crime rate. It is safe to walk or bike within the picturesque city and look at its attractions. Walking is considered the typical style of travel particularly for tourists although some like better to use bikes. The city attractions in Amsterdam are perfect for those who like to take long laid-back promenades, or jog around for some exercise. It is also considered a very liberal city, with the large quantity of cannabis cafes, marijuana legitimacy, and the acceptance of the red light district, which are some of the uniqueness of Amsterdam.
 
The tour around the city blends the best of the Old world and the new world. It won’t be difficult at all for tourists to ask for information, as there are many people who speak English in Amsterdam. German and French are the other principal languages spoken in this city.
 
Any season of the year is good for a fundamental travel experience, although it is prudent to bring a rain coat because it can rain at any time. June to August is considered the peak seasons for travel therefore it can be quite expensive sometimes however if you can book in advance then most likely you could save some money.
 
The city attractions are many and different going from museums to restaurants and cafes. Almost all sorts of cuisine can be found in Amsterdam, whether you are considering Italian, Greek or Chinese food, they have it. During the cold season, grabbing a warm drink in the local pubs is a fantastic way to experience the culture and meet the local people.

• Royal Palace of Amsterdam - The Royal Palace in Amsterdam is one of three palaces in the Netherlands which are at the disposal of the monarch by Act of Parliament
• Amsterdam Museum - The Amsterdam Museum, until 2011 called the Amsterdams Historisch Museum, is a museum about the history of Amsterdam
• De Gooyer Windmill - De Gooyer is a windmill in Amsterdam located between Funenkade and Zeeburgerstraat. It is the tallest wooden mill in the Netherlands.
• Diamond Museum Amsterdam - The Diamond Museum Amsterdam is a museum located at the Museumplein in Amsterdam
• Concertgebouw, Amsterdam - The Royal Concertgebouw is a concert hall in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The Dutch term "concertgebouw" literally translates into English as "concert building"

There is also something special for every shopping travelers. Besides city attractions, there are music shops, fantastic antique shops, beer and cheese cafeterias, vintage comic & modern clothing shops, and of course many souvenir stores.
 
No matter what style of experience you are looking for in Amsterdam, there is constantly something for you to make your own only one of its kind travel really memorable.
