The world music is incomplete without the music from Nigeria that is why different artists folk to Nigeria to perform and sing here. The music of this African country covers so many folk songs which originated from various ethnic groups in the country and popular songs with roots from other foreign cultures especially from the West. However each kind of music is so distinctive with each having its own techniques, instrument and language.
Nigeria is a lovely country with varied cultural heritage but more focus is usually placed on the three major tribes, namely Hausa, Igbo and Yoruba. This is because of their size in terms of population and land space.
