1)About time (2013)

It’s worth your time if: you are wondering what your life would be if you had unlimited chances to make every moment of your life perfect.  Tim Lake receives a real opportunity to travel in time and make every moment of his life the way he wants it to be. He cannot change the history, but he can improve it. So when Tim finally meets a girl of his dream, unlimited attempts are made to turn their life into fairytale. We never get tired of this movie and trust me, neither will you!
Favorite quote:
“I’d only give one piece of advice to anyone marrying. We’re all quite similar in the end. We all get old and tell the same tales too many times. But try and marry someone kind. And this is a kind man with a good heart.”

2)Chocolat (2000)
It’s worth your time if: you like chocolate, adventure, and romance. The story of the woman who changed the life of the local community by opening a chocolate shop in a French town. This British-American comedy-drama is based on a famous novel of the same name by Joanne Harris. The perfect combination of interesting plot, good acting of Johnny Deep and Juliette Binoche, love, passion, France…. and chocolat.
Favorite quote:
Happiness. Simple as a glass of chocolate or tortuous as the heart. Bitter. Sweet. Alive.”

3) The Mountain Between Us (2017)
It’s worth your time if: you need something fresh and modern, with a touch of action and adventure. A tragic plane crash in the middle of nowhere turns two strangers into the team of survivors.
Favorite quote:
“Love is worth doing. No better how much it hurts.”

4)When Harry met Sally (1989)

It’s worth your time if: you are looking for a simple plot that leads to the exciting story of lives of two college graduates who move to New York and keep running into each other once in a while. Harry and Sally are absolutely different people with no intention to be together and, I think, that is exactly what makes them reconnect ten years later. So can a man and a woman be just friends?
Favorite quote:
“I came here tonight because when you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible.”

5) P.S. I love you

It’s worth your time if: you are a dreamer, a fighter for your love and just a fan of good movies. Unfortunately, not every story has a happy ending… But if your love is strong enough, it has no limits and no death. Spend 2 hours of your time discovering the story of a couple from Manhattan. It is not your typical romantic movie, it’s something that shows what love of a man can do. This movie inspires me in so many different ways and I am sure it will touch your heart as well.
Favorite quote:
“We’re so arrogant, aren’t we? So afraid of age, we do everything we can to prevent it. We don’t realize what a privilege it is to grow old with someone. Someone who doesn’t drive you to commit murder or doesn’t humiliate you beyond repair.”

6) Before Sunrise (1995)
It’s worth your time if: you are spontaneous but yet enjoy romance. This is the story of two strangers who met on the train in Europe. What makes this movie different is how realistic all the events seem to be.
Favorite quote:
“Isn’t everything we do in life a way to be loved a little more?”
7) The Big Sick (2017)
It’s worth your time if: all you need this Valentine’s Day is a good portion of love and laughter. The movie is based on real-life story of Pakistan-born comedian Kumail and grad American student Emily. Different customs, traditions and religious beliefs make them chose between family and true love.
Favorite quote:

“Can you imagine a world in which we end up together?”

8) Breakfast at Tiffany’s (1961)

Does this one even need an introduction?
This is one of the movies that you like more and more every time you watch it. The story of two absolutely different people – a lonely writer and independent woman who does everything in her power to be a high-climbing socialite – who fall in love. Elegant Audrey Hepburn, New York, Tiffany& Co. and much more!
Favorite quote:
“People do fall in love. People do belong to each other, because that’s the only chance that anyone’s got for true happiness.”

9) The Notebook (2004)
It’s worth your time if:  you are in the mood of American romantic drama film that shows the love story of a poor mill worker Noah and a rich girl Allie. However, wealthy parents don’t approve the choice of their daughter and do their best to end the relationship when Noah goes off to serve in World War II. Things change with time, so do the feelings. When Noah comes back to their small town, he finds out that Allie is with another man now. What happened? Is their love strong enough to find a way?
Favorite quote:
“The best love is the kind that awakens the soul; that makes us reach for more; that plants a fire in our hearts and brings peace to our minds.”

10) Brooklyn (2015)
It’s worth your time if:  you believe that Love doesn’t know the distance or time. Ellis, the Irish Immigrant, moves to 1950s  Brooklyn. She tries to get used to the local lifestyle, which is completely different to everything she got used to in her mother’s house. Pretty soon she falls in love and has to choose between two countries and two stories that exist within.
Favorite quote:
“Home is home.”

11) Revolutionary Road (2008)
It’s worth your time if: drama + romance is a perfect combination for you. Based on one of the 100 best English-language novels, this movie tells a story of a young couple, that goes through a crisis in the relationship after moving into a new home on Revolutionary Road. Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio come together to show how a dream of becoming a typical suburban family breaks hopes and expectation and leads to major problems in relationships. This is not a typical romantic movie, it shows the struggles and challenges that happen behind love story.
Favorite quote:
If being crazy means living life as if it matters, then I don’t mind being completely insane.”
