With a lovely penthouse condominium to offer for home swaps in the gated community of Bahama Bay, a luxury Caribbean style resort, the retired couple should find plenty of interest in their home Exchange offer. However, even with such a lovely home and location, it is important to start planning exchanges well in advance when looking for a swap at a particular time of year to attend a popular event.

Although open to other offers as well (and it's always good to be as open to home exchange possibilities as possible), Richard and Sue would really like to arrange exchanges in summer 2019 in London to attend the Wimbledon lawn tennis championships, followed by Edinburgh later in the summer to attend the Edinburgh Tattoo.

Although not all members will be able to commit to exchange dates over 18 months in advance, by starting to make contact with potential exchange partners in London and Edinburgh well ahead of the dates needed, Richard and Sue are maximising their chances of arranging exactly the UK swaps they want in summer 2019.
