Shimla city was developed in 19thcentury when Gurkha wars was ended in 1815-16 and winner British decided to save some place as military outposts and sanitaria. In 1864.the Viceroy, John Lawrence embrocated Shimla-spelt Shimla, as the summer capital of British India. Many story related to freedom belong to this city e.g. Shimla conference in 1942 and taking decision to partition of India.
Now a days there is no existence of British Empire but architecture of this city is amazing with atmosphere of Hill resorts. It’s just like quite combination of history with modernity also with beautiful places. Shimla also has a youthful environment i.e. physical strength and good health and delightful weather. Here every forest has a unique and different look according to their wild animal. Jakhoo Temple-This temple is highest point of Shimla and give a salient view of sunrise and sunset. Temple is dedicated to lord Hanuman-moment of sanjivani plant to save Luxman. This most favorable point is connected by a ropeway.it is a valley covered by snowcapped peaks and almost 45 minutes take from ridge, one can may be hire a taxi or pony.

Sankat Mochan-On Shimla Kalka road this temple of Lord Hanuman is famous and its view is excellent.

Ooty city is south Indian hill station also called queen of the hill stations known as Blue Mountain.
