Tulip Season in Holland

When most people think of The Netherlands, the picture of Tulips and windmills is one of the things that comes to mind. This is with good reason as every once a year, certain locations in The Netherlands burst into full bloom with colourful tulips as well as other flowers. If you plan to visit Holland, you may be asking yourself ‘what’s the best time for tulips in Holland this 2019?’ You can catch the beautiful flowers bloom in the spring between the end of March and the middle of May. However, due to the unpredictable weather in Holland it is usually best to visit during the last half of April, which is also considered the most beautiful time to view the tulips in full bloom.

Where are the Tulip Fields in The Netherlands?

There are many places in The Netherlands that offer breath-taking views of Dutch tulip fields.
