Partiamo dal Connemara e dalle contee di Galway e Mayo situate nell’Irlanda occidentale.
Un panorama rustico, selvaggio per non dire aspro ma incantevole, una regione che è un vero deserto di pietra contornato da torba, ginestre, un mare di color quasi verde e un cielo vicino al blu.
E’ questa forse, la parte più romantica dell’Irlanda, da vivere con la dovuta calma.
Bellissima la Kylemore Abbey, e le cittadine di Clifden e Westport che si affaccia sulla scenario della Clew Bay quello che nel 1842 William Makepeace Tackeray l’autore di ” Vanity fair ” ebbe modo di descrivere come ” il più bello al mondo”, e forse aveva ragione.

We start from Connemara and the counties of Galway and Mayo located in western Ireland
A rustic landscape, wild not to say harsh but enchanting, a region that is a real stone desert surrounded by peat, brooms, a sea of almost green color and a sky near the blue.
This is perhaps the most romantic part of Ireland, to be lived with due calm.
The Kylemore Abbey is beautiful, than the towns of Clifden and Westport overlooking the scenery of Clew Bay that in 1842 William Makepeace Tackeray the author of ” Vanity fair ” described how “the most beautiful in the world” and maybe he was right.
