My experience is about the company making fake reservations for rooms available even then not inform customers that they do not have a reservation. Onetravel.com completed my booking in for a reservation for 2 nights w / rental car. The booking confirmation is received, then a week later I get a notification card can not be charged so the hotel was not booked? Not sure why the card will be rejected, let alone why only part of the hotel and car rental will be canceled anyway if my card is completely rejected (which I know it is not). Then I asked why I could not just give my card information again and he stated I would need to rebook online and he would cancel my car reservation, but no penalty certainly sounds ridiculous so I asked if my card was declined how will I be punished and cost? He then agreed and canceled so I could rebook without charge after I argued with him.

I re-booked my reservation, I received a confirmation email, etc and decided to do some checking on the rental car just to make sure since I'm still skeptical Onetravel.com at this time. Car rental reservation then show car is about $ 15 more than what my confirmation of OneTravel said although the terms and conditions for the OneTravel say it exclude taxes and fees (not extra - which I do not have). So I emailed this OneTravel ask them why, and they replied a few days later with a generic email cancel my car reservation section of the booking. Nothing else, no investigation as to if it is what I want or whatever.

Okay fine, I prefer the book itself at this point because I finished dealing with OneTravel because they have more than a 40 minute detention every time I call and obviously they can not communicate via email to my customer service requests. So today I decided to check out the hotels me because I do not see my card was charged for the number of hotels that I found strange yet and sure enough, after waiting for 45 minutes, they told me my reservation was canceled because the card can not be prosecuted. I asked for a code that is returned to the card declination and then after talking to the supervisor (Carl) he showed the real reason was because the hotel was overbooked and the hotel would not honor the price that OneTravel have in my booking confirmation so they cancel it and just said, "you cards not charged. What's the problem? "

The problem is, now 2 weeks later and I do not have a reservation, they did not tell me, and now the price of two or three as the date quickly approaching for my trip. I tried to speak to the manager, but when he told his manager name is Rufus **, I knew it would be impossible to get this kind of service from this company because he was full of it. So not only did they not tell me I had no reservation, they still, TODAY, a list of hotels that are available and they have told me the hotel would not honor their prices so that they just tell the customer card can not be filled. I asked why they did this and then he repeated, "Your card is not charged, what is the problem?"

This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm glad I do not have a reservation with them even though it cost me twice as much to book a room now because now two weeks later and the price has soared, but hope someone else does not end up to their destination to find out they really do not have a reservation after of all. Stay away from this website Onetravel.com and their companies in WK.
