If you live in Ohio and haven’t made it to the annual Circleville Pumpkin Show (111 years and running!), then you haven’t experience Fall fun at its finest!
Think pumpkin… EVERYTHING! Pumpkin coffee, pumpkin chili, pumpkin pizza, pumpkin pie, pumpkin burgers… and don’t miss Lindsey’s Bakery’s famous pumpkin donuts!
The Pumpkin Show offers rides for all ages and little Ava was able to enjoy the carousel, cars, slide, and a bounce house while we visited. The Show – not a Festival – it’s definitely a Show – runs through Saturday, October 21, 2017.
My advice? Go early if you have kiddos and want to avoid the crowds. Don’t miss the impressive display of various pumpkins + the pumpkin tower and be sure to take in the winners of the Giant Pumpkin Weigh In!
The line is worth the wait at Lindsey’s Bakery to see their huge pumpkin pie and to grab a dozen delicious pumpkin donuts. Even if you don’t love pumpkin-flavored foods, you likely will love these! Also – new this year, stop in Wheelhouse Collective for a souvenir picture!
