*Information is not entirely true but not entirely false. It is written for humor purposes

Dear Diary,

Today we flew again. The ironies of flying are many. It was always going to be a hard day. Glad I didn’t have to deal with those droves of people who all stand in the Boarding lanes. I mean c’mon, do they still not know how the boarding zone thing works? They all just stand there with their glum faces, looking jealously at the people with preferred and upper class seating, like Jerry Seinfeld kinda says ” Don’t be jealous, just work harder”.

Spot the line at Group/Zone Boarding

You know, I really shouldn’t be so harsh on these people, they are the source of my income. Like that fellow who simply would not end his conversation before the Flight. I battled for a good few minutes, he told me that his phone did not have an off button. I told him that we don’t really care if it has an off button but surely you can keep your mouth shut and make as if you have turned your phone off. Good thing I had my phone right and ready in the back, so that after dealing with this phone addict, I could go there and have a good old rant about it.

Tough questions, diary….I don’t like fielding Tough Questions. The young lady in the back asked me if they use organic detergent to wash the blankets. That is not a Tough Question, we are not trained specifically to answer that question but I went with the safe route and said no. It was the gentleman 3 rows behind her that really had the tough question. He asked if the blankets were actually washed after each use. I said that they were washed. He inquired further, after each use? I said, well that depends how you define use. If you define use as the time I saw a lady use it as a napkin to wipe off her food that had missed her mouth then yes. If you define use as the man who used the blanket as a mat to change the diarrhea diaper of his child then yes. If you define use as someone simply going to sleep with them for a 5 hour flight, then no. They get washed at the end of the day I concluded.

Till next time,

Your Flight Attendant
