The Westin Desaru Coast Resort Premier Sea View Room for Family Staycation

Desaru is a popular beach town for decades. Just a couple of years ago, Desaru welcomes many new International hotels and resorts including The Westin Desaru Coast Resort. Just a few months ago, we decided to bring our boys to stay at their Premier Sea View Room for family staycation and holiday.

We love staying in Westin Hotels and in the past, we stayed at Westin KL and Westin Bangkok. This time, we decided to have a family holiday and staycation at The Westin Desaru Coast Resort.

This is our first family trip and our first visit to Desaru Coast after reading many positive reviews. There are a few hotels we were interested and we chose Westin Desaru Coast Resort as it is located next to the beach.

For the room, we booked the Westin Desaru Coast Resort Premier Sea View Room for Family Staycation as it comes with two large beds. We know some family loves to squeeze on one King Size bed, we prefer two Queen size beds and the bathtub!

What we like about the Westin Desaru Coast Resort Premier Sea View Room is the comfort for family staycation especially with two boys.

The famous The Westin bed with four pillows made its magic and we enjoyed our sleep. The boys loved it so much, they hope we stayed for a few more nights!

At night, it is calm and quiet and what you can hear is the sounds from the sea. The air condition works perfectly and we had a good sleep.

The service at Westin Desaru is top notch despite the hotel was almost full house during our stays. We don’t mind paying more as what you pay is what you get.

The swimming pool is beautiful and cozy and we will spent some family time at the pool. The swimming pool is well taken care off and it is not as busy as we thought.

We also spend quality times at the beach. There are beach towels, changing room and toilet at the beach.

Despite the weather forecast of thunderstorm, it only rains at night and we considered ourselves very lucky.

For food, we dined in hotel at their restaurants and we had amazing dinner at Prego. The food is top notch and we don’t mind paying for good quality food.

At the end of the day, it is all about family staycation. We know there are many other resorts at Desaru Coast, we are happy with The Westin Desaru.
