Some nights you just don’t want to create a meal. Some nights you’re hungry for something you don’t usually get at the local diner. Some nights you just want Popcorn. So some nights, at our house, we just have popcorn. But recently we’ve came up with idea of spooning some Chimayo Red Chile into the oil (yeah, we make our popcorn in a pan. . .) and then, after it popped, topping it with garlic salt. Heaven.
