Some nights you just don’t want to create a meal.  Some nights you’re hungry for something you don’t usually get at the local diner.  Some nights you just want Popcorn. So some nights, at our house, we just have popcorn.  But recently we’ve came up with idea of spooning some Chimayo Red Chile into the oil (yeah, we make our popcorn in a pan. . .) and then, after it popped, topping it with garlic salt.  Heaven.  Absolutely amazing.  Better than any other popcorn you can get in the universe.  The perfect accompaniment to a night of Netflix.
