I had a great experience with Petrelocation. I mostly interacted with Linda, but some other staff members were involved in the process as well.
I moved with my dog Kichi back to New Zealand, and all went very smoothly. PetRelocation took care of most of the details and all paperwork, with very little hassle for me.
It is a very complex process to import an animal into New Zealand as their regulations are so strict. PetRelocation's professional team gave me the peace of mind that all the i's were dotted and t's crossed to get my dog back home with me to New Zealand with no dramas!
PetRelocation staff were very understanding of my concern for his well-being, and were very responsive and updating me about his status on the big journey.
