Today ,I am going to review two very popular products supplied by Amway –Nutrilite Daily Multivitamin tablet and Nutrilite Salmon Omega-3 softgels.

I have been using both the products for over an year now and it has really helped me maintain my overall health and fitness level.Whether its about energy or body stamina,I can feel the difference!

First I will start with Nutrilite Daily Multivitamin & Multimineral Tablet-

Poor nutritional diet,skipping meals,missing exercise routine,frequent travelling is all a part of our fast paced lifestyles.

No matter how hard you try,there are always days when meeting a deadline or a celebration takes a toll on our eating habits or lifestyle.And with so many chemicals being used in edibles,vegetables & fruits ,we have no clue of what we are eating is actually helping our bodies.

Not meeting the daily requirement of essential vitamins and minerals causes deficiencies in our body which leads to low energy levels,fatigue,stress etc.

Nutrilite Salmon Omega-3 Softgels-*This is a non-veg product derived from fish oil*

Omega-3 fats are essential oils that are needed for the healthy functioning of the body.These oils are mainly found in fish and fish eaters can easily meet their Omega-3 fatty acid requirements,if they consume even 2 servings per week.

Vegetarians like me,however are deprived of these essential fats since the body doesn’t create them naturally and these have to be met through diet.

What I like about this product?
