If you want to feel like you’re doing this on your own terms, then vacation rentals are going to be exactly what you want. Find a place on the beach or near a sweet town and book it out for a week or two. Make sure that you choose a place that has all of the amenities you need to be able to really enjoy your week.

Set Your Own Pace

With your own place, you can then also set your own pace. So make sure that you really enjoy yourselves and start to slow down. Life can get busy and stressful, so when it comes to your celebratory getaway, you’ll want to be able to switch off. Cook, read, sleep, and walk on the beach. Do things that allow you to really embrace the time together.

Make Lasting Memories

And finally, you are going to want to make sure that you’re making Memories too. Laugh together, enjoy great food, get out and see the local area, take in the nature, treat yourself to an occasion out, and just make memories together.
