Welcome to the 7th Annual Niagara Golf Show & Sale, Niagara’s only showcase for everything golf in the region.

This year’s show will see the participation of 60+ vendors from Niagara, Ontario, Western NY, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Ohio. They will all be here to advertise their products, whether it is guest fees, memberships, stay and play packages or selling that latest driver, set of irons or new pair of shoes. Come to the Niagara Falls History Museum this March Break for an educational and entertaining week of activities!

Miss T the Bubble Queen will be at the museum to host the Bubbleology Show – an entertaining and educational show that is a mixture of science, visual art, and magic. See bubbles of all shapes and sizes being blown; learn how to blow bubbles inside bubbles and how to put someone in a bubble. Showtimes are at 11:00 a.m. & 1:00 p.m. March 13-16, 2018.

After the Bubbleology Show, take a walk through the museum to view the exhibits, make a winter-themed craft and participate in a scavenger hunt. Finish off the day with a movie at 3:00 p.m.

Green is the recognized colour of St. Patrick’s Day and everything is decked in green on this day.

As part of the Winter Film Series: Black America on Screen, Niagara Falls History Museum will be screening Fruitvale Station on March 8, 2018.

Based on a true story, this film follows the racial bias of Oakland, California police toward a 22 year-old man, Oscar Grant.

The film depicts the story of Oscar Grant III, a 22-year-old from Hayward, California, and his experiences on the last day of his life, before he was fatally shot by BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) police in the early morning hours of New Year’s Day 2009.

Directed by Ryan Coogler, the film’s cast includes Michael B. Jordan, Melonie Diaz and Octavia Spencer.

CUVÉE 2018 GRAND TASTING

Brock University’s Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute (CCOVI) will be hosting the Cuvée Grand Tasting at the Scotiabank Convention Centre on March 23, 2018. The main objective of the weekend-long celebration of Ontario VQA wines and local cuisine is to support the future of the grape and wine industry.

Cuvée 2018 will see the return of the popular “Winemakers’ Favorite Wines” feature, where guests will have the opportunity to taste the favourite wines of winemakers themselves. Get ready for a FREE community yoga class at Niagara Falls History Museum on March 29, 2018. Learn relaxing hatha yoga, geared toward reducing stress and anxiety, improving sleep quality and maintaining or re-gaining your health.

Previous yoga experience is not necessary to attend the class. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle and a yoga mat if you have one. The class is open for ages 16 and up.

Only 20 participants can be accommodated, so please come early to ensure a spot!

The yoga demonstration will be held on March 29, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
