When I Think of Italy, I see such great resemblance to Indian culture with its wide offering of food, great history with the dominance of religion and contribution to world art. Milan isn’t just a fashion capital but also a great city to explore the famed Italian cuisine through the local food in Milan Italy.

Most people would know of pizzas and all the different kinds of kinds of pasta. But Italian cuisine has much more to offer. From creamy risottos to maize polenta and hearty stews, this region with rich culinary traditions can make for a great destination.
