Vinoè the Wine Event in Florence with Michelin Star Chefs and Sommelier

Vinoè is the name of this event dedicated to the best Italian wines: an unmissable appointment for the wine at Florence, at the Leopolda Train Station the 5th and the 6th of November. During the event several famous Michelin Star Chefs and Sommelier will propose high quality combinations using the greatest wines and Italian food, products that has been elaborated with high quality standard. There are going to be 120 stans where will be possible to taste the different enogastronomic products. During the event will be hold the Award the sommelier of the year. Vinoè will be also a platform for the discussion of important present topic as the effects of climate change in the grape cultivation.

Luca Lacalamita will introduce the chocolate tasting and oil that will allow the audience to discover the excellent quality of these products. The masterclass Le Chardonnay en Champagne will present the territory of Champagne. Furore Bianco Fiorduva di Marisa Cuomo, Montepulciano d'Abruzzo di Emidio Pepe, e Valpolicella. In addition to this Vinoè will hold some workshop of Olive Oil and Mineral Water tasting. Materclass Le Chardonnay en Champagne. The last day of this wonderful event an special appointment with the best Maitre of Italy, Sokol Ndreko, from the restaurant Lux Lucis, member of the Michelin-starred restaurants, located in Forte dei Marmi, Tuscany.
